Twelve years ago we set a precise business plan into motion. For over a decade Wilkgard Technology Group Pty Ltd has followed a disciplined roadmap of rigorous research, development and purpose driven execution.
Along the way we navigated the constraints of traditional rf infrastructure, surviving the regulatory shortfalls of the ACMA to keep our focus entirely on what matters. We funded this mission ourselves backed by two years of vital R & D tax incentive relief from our government.
We chose ethical responsibility over quick profit to ensure we deliver a product based on truth with superior performance and no negative side effects.

At the heart of Wilkgard Technology Group Pty Ltd is a unique alliance of deep technical expertise and long-term administrative discipline.
The company is led by Sally Garden (Executive Director and Founder), the scientific visionary behind the creation of the Claxton Space Shield (CSS). Guided by a profound sense of social responsibility, Sally engineered the CSS to directly address the global environmental threat of unchecked electromagnetic radiation (EMR) pollution. Her focus remains unshakeable: providing that real, advanced technology must prioritize human health.
Sally is supported by a tightly knit team of 11 primary shareholders and dedicated core team members who bring decades of specialized engineering, logistics, and manufacturing experience to the table.
Together this group has driven the 12-year business layout – transforming rigorous research and development into highly efficient sovereign manufacturing entity.
